Shipping & Production Timelines


Production Disclaimer:

Due to an overwhelming response for our plugs, production times can be up to 30(+\-) not to exceed 90 busniess days (not calendar days, Monday-Friday only, excluding weekends and holidays). Depending on the volume of orders, there may be an extra day or too getting them packed up and sent out for shipping. All plugs are 100% handmade, one pair at a time, in the order they are received in. If there are unforeseen events (accidents, broken machines, delayed lumber shipments etc..) there may be a change in the production timeline.

Once again, all orders are 100% handmade from wood, and certain woods have a longer prep time than others.

Once your order is received, within the first week, your order is roughed out from a block of solid wood, and set aside to dry out, which can take a few days. You may be asking, why does wood need to dry? Since the wood once came from a living tree, some woods may still be damp in the center of the lumber. Once the lumber is cut to the shape, we dry them out, to avoid any major shrinking, cracking or warping.

From there, they will be set inline for rough shaping. This is where we will take the jewelry, and rough out the shape and wearable area that you requested. 

Once the rough out is complete, they will go in line for final shaping & polishing. This is the longest process, and depending on the volume of orders, this can take a few days to a couple weeks, depending on the volume of orders.
When final shaping & polishing is complete, the jewelry will be sent out for shipping, only if it’s a solid, concave, or tunnel. If they require any gem pressings or engraving, they will be placed in line to get that completed and will be sent out for shipping right after they are completed.
All orders are placed in line for packing and shipping. We ship through USPS First Class Mail, unless asked otherwise. To speed up the process, we purchase our postage ahead of time, and have an email sent to you the day that the order will be packed up and shipped out, so the purchase date of the postage maybe different than the shipping date. Since we ship in bulk, orders are packed in bulk mail totes, and picked up daily at our location here in Yorba Linda. 
All orders are worked in the order they are received in. All jewelry is handmade at the time the order is placed. Yes, we due use lathes, mills, laser engravers and CNC machines to make the bulk of the jewelry, but all polishing, final shaping, and gem pressing is all completed by hand, one piece at a time.
Production times can be long from time to time, due to the large amount of orders that are received (50% off sales, BOGO’s, wholesale etc.). We understand that you are excited to receive and wear our jewelry, and we truly believe you will be extremely satisfied with our jewelry. We value your business and appreciate your patience with production timelines.
If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to contact us by email, with your order number or email address used at checkout. We do not answer any questions about orders via any social media platforms. Since our work days are long in the shop, please allow 48-72 hrs. for us to respond to your email. Please don’t think we are ignoring you, but we do respond to emails during off business hours, so we are able to make the most of the day to produce our jewelry.


Once postage is printed, a tracking number will be issued and sent to the email used at checkout. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder. Due to the policies with our website, we are unable to alter the name or address it is sent too, so please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We will ship directly to what you input.

Shipping Disclaimer:

You jewelry will be sealed in a plastic pouch, placed into a cotton filled box and will be packaged for shipping. All packages are shipped USPS First Class Mail, from Orange County, CA. Tracking information will be sent to your email provided from you at checkout. Packages are sent out in bulk with USPS and may take up to 48hrs for tracking to update.

Once USPS has picked up your package, we are not responsible for unforeseen shipping delays (weather, strikes, natural disasters). 

Once USPS has picked up your package, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  

Orders shipped to USA address, once processed through USPS may take up to a week to receive.

Orders shipped to International address, once processed through USPS Customs, may take up to 2 weeks to receive in your countries Postal Customs. Depending on your Customs timelines, may take another 3-5 days to clear for delivery to you. 

If your countries postal carrier charge a "Customs Fee", they may hold your package until you pay any fees to them. You may receive a note from your postal carrier if your package is held for fees due. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOM FEES.

Tracking Number Disclaimer:

Once your postage is printed, a tracking number will be issued from USPS for you to track your package. This will be sent by email to the email you inputed at checkout. If you do not receive the tracking number, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you still have not received after that, please contact for your tracking number.

Once tracking is issued, please allow up to 48hrs for the tracking to update for a delivery date.

If your tracking shows "Delivered", please check your mailbox. We are not responsible for mail theft or if your postal carrier delivers to a wrong address, and or places your package in a spot other than your mail box. Please contact USPS with the tracking number to find out where your package was left, or contact your local postal carrier.

If tracking is updated and shows "Undeliverable", there may have been an issue with your postal carrier delivering your package or there may be fees due on the package. In some cases, USPS will leave a note for you explaining what the reason is and in some cases, USPS may hold your package for pick up for a day or two. 

If your package is being held at your local postal carrier and is not picked up by you, your postal carrier may "Return to Sender" due to no one picking up. If your package is returned to us, you will have to pay for shipping again to have delivered to you again. 

Returns & Exchanges:

DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO MONEY BACK OR RETURNS ON ANY PLACED ORDERS. ALL ORDERS ARE CUSTOM HANDMADE TO ORDER. Please make sure you have ordered the correct plug size, gem size, and wearable area before you place your order. If you have any questions, please ask them before ordering.

We hold the right to refuse service to anyone being rude, vulgar or argues about our production timelines.
